Thank you for your letter of March 9,1983, in regard to the fluoride of drinking water.
Water treatment chemicals, including fluosilicic acid, have been evaluated for their potential for contributing to the contamination of drinking water. The Water Treatment Chemicals Codex, published by the National Academy of Sciences, prescribes the purity requirements for fluosilicic acid and other fluoridation chemicals.
In regard to the use of fluosilicic acid as a source of fluoride for fluoridation, this Agency regards such use as an ideal environmental solution long standing problem. By recovering by-product fluosilicic acid from fertiliser manufacturing, water and air pollution are minimized, and water utilities have a low-cost source of fluoride available to them. I hope information adequately responds to your concern.

The side-effects of exposure to these fluorides, ranging from the 'more common' to the 'rarely reported' are as follows: cardiac toxicity (or heart injury), respiratory depression (or breathing difficulty), bradycardia (or slowed pulse rate), convulsions (or central nervous system effects), psychomotor aberrations (or brain dysfunction), transient sedation (or heart and lung effects), ataxia (or brain problems), irritation of the upper respiratory tract, rise/fall in blood pressure, apnoea (or impaired lung function damage), tachycardia (or increased pulse rate), broncho-constriction (or asthma), palpitations (or irregular heartbeat), narcosis (or brain 'drugging' again), and death.
A useful example here is fluorinated toothpaste which has the long term effect not of improving dental health but, by chronic anti-metabolic processes, of severely destroying it. Thus every Australian city with or without fluoridated water supplies has as much as doubled the number of registered dentists since the advent of fluorinated toothpaste, fluorinated gels and f7uorinated rinses.

Fluoridated Acquiescence, Lethargy, Apathy, Stupidity There are two basic forms of halogenated tranquilliser: major and minor. The minor tranquilliser are halogenated with either chlorine or bromine. Notes: No. 5, FLUNITRAZEPAM (Rohypnol), which is fluorinated Valium, was recently prescribed for a youth in Western Australia and was blamed for his subsequent death.
Valium (Diazepam) was the "tranquilliser most involved" in road accident victims, according to a study carried out by Sydney University (Prof. Graham Starmer, Quantum, 26 Aril 1988). An obvious question: What aggravated effect would the increased potency of the fluorinated variety (Rohypnol) have on the road fatalities? The ABC TV program. 7.30 Report (12 May 1988), told how the Western Australian penal system routinely administered both Serapax and Rohypnol (synergistic drugs) to prisoners to "make them into little robots most of the time"-including, it was alleged, throughout pregnancy.
This is a total of 21 fluorinated tranquillising compounds plus an additional 58 brand-name major tranquillisers using a fluoride as an ingredient. Undoubtedly many others have been added to this list since the reference work was published in June 1977. Relevant Footnotes:
Florida International University (Rotton, Tikovsky and Feldman) showed that: minute amounts (0.45 p.p.m.) of sodium fluoride solution...impair visual sensorimotor performance" with a consequent slowing down in mental and physical reaction times (sedative or tranquillising effect) (J.A.P., vol. 67:2). This finding is of relevance when driving or operating machinery, if of no other consequence. Nevertheless, attempts over a number of years to draw the attention of those authorities allegedly concerned with driver/industrial safety, have been met only with silence or obstruction.
Early in 1987, Swedish researchers linked tranquillisers to birth defects, nominating (in Lancet) the drug benzodiazepine (Diazepam or Valium ) as a particular culprit.

FLUORINATED ANAESTHETICS

As with fluorinated tranquillisers, there are a number of anaesthetics halogenated with chlorine and bromine. The 'popular' modem anaesthetics are those Listed here, which are all fluorinated. FLUORINATED EXTERMINATORS
Fluoridated Death (The ultimate in as mind and behaviour control)
As with tranquillisers and anaesthetics, chemical warfare gases are halogenated.
Riot-control gases, tear gas or lacrimators employ either chlorine (chlorinated, e.g., mace) or bromine (brominated) as halogenators, but the lethal German-developed (I. G. Farben) nerve gases Soman and Sarin arc both fluorinated and replaced the earlier chlorinated Tabun for speed and efficacy in killing the enemy by their immediate anticholinergic agency.
1-SARIN: Isopropyl methylphospho-nofluoridate
2-SOMAN: Pinacolyl methylphospho-nofluoridate.
The almost immediate death caused by exposure to nerve gases is a result of instantaneous 'blocking' of catalysis and nerve action by the fluorinated gas, by acute anti-cholinergic agency (enzymatic 'blocking') and consequent cessation of heart and lung function. Included here are two medical fluorinated compounds called:
3-DYFLOS (Di-isopropyl fluorophosphate): Designed to treat, inter alia, the eye disease of glaucoma, it is deseribed in the literature as an "irreversible cholinesterase inhibitor [anti-cholinergic agent) and the toxic effects may be prolonged. Systemic toxicity occurs after inhalation of the vapour."
4-FLUOROURACIL: Uracil is an essential human metabolite. It is fluorinated in a 'last resort' attempt to control the growth and/or destroy cancer cells through enzyme (DNA and RNA) 'blocking ' activity. "The toxic effects are severe and sometimes fatal." It is often paradoxical in action and actually provokes cancer. Side effects, all severe and numerous, are those associated with other fluorinated anticholünergic agents set out previously. The physiological consequences attending this deliberate fluorination of a human metabolite illustrates the deadly peril of any fluorination process but, in particular, the fluorination of a vital metabolite (rendering it anti-metabolic in action), human electrolyte or essential nutrient such as water.
5-FLUOROACETAMIDE (Compound 1081): Another instance of a vital metabolite, 'acetamide' being converted (halogenated) to a potent anti-metabolite by fluorination. In Britain, this product, a close chemical cousin to the stuff used to fluorinate water supplies and toothpaste's, etc., "is restricted to the extermination of rats in ships and sewers". (Oh very handy)
6-HYDROFLUOROSILICIC ACID (fluorosilicic acid, hydrofluoric acid): A toxic 'waste product' of the fertiliser industry, it is now used for fluoridation of drinking water.
To quote from medical literature, "Warning: Inhalation Hazard. Inhalation of hydrofluorosilicic acid from soaked cotton clothing could cause irreversible lung damage in one minute" due to anti-cholinergic activity.
7-SODIUM FLUORIDE: A 'waste product' of the aluminium industry and used in fluoridation of drinking water, this hazardous intractable garbage has become, by dint of promotion and sly public re-education, the active ingredient in fluorinated, pesticides, fungicides, nematocides, rodenticides, anaesthetics, tranquillisers, fluorinated medications (pharmaceuticals), a number of industrial and domestic products, fluorinated dental gels, rinses and toothpastes.
In other words, sodium fluoride is so much a part of multibillion-dollar industrial and pharmaceutical income that any withdrawal for any reason by the promoters, the fluoridationists or by anyone who has supported them for whatever purpose is impossible on a financial basis, embarrassing on a reputation basis, and unthinkable on a legal basis.
8-SODIUM FLUOROACETATE (Compound 1080, as No. 5 above): This seems to be the preferred 'exterminator' for rodents. etc.. on the proclaimed ground that it is slightly less hazardous for humans. Death by 1080 will take a little longer and be slightly less painful than death by 1081.
9-SODIUM SlLICOFLUORIDE: This waste product of the fertiliser industry is used in fluoridation of drinking water. By international law it must be removed from fertiliser so that pastures, crops, sheep and cattle will not be harmed. (I find that really conforting ... don't you?) That it is then sold for disposal through the community kidneys is not a matter of international concern. Until this more profitable use was found, it was used almost exclusively as an insecticide and rodenticide - an exterminator.

We discussed quite throughly the fluoridation of water supplies and how we were using it in Russia as a tranquilizer in the prison camps. The leaders of our school felt that if it could be induced into the American water supply, it would bring-about a spirit of lethargy in the nation; where it would keep the general public docile during a steady encroachment of Communism. We also discussed the fact that keeping a store of deadly fluoride near the water reservoir would be advantageous during the time of the revolution, as it would give us opportunity to dump this poison into the water supply and either kill off the populace or threaten them with liquidation, so that they would surrender to obtain fresh water.
We discussed in these schools, the complete art of revolution: the seizure of the main utilities, such as light, power, gas, and water; but it was felt by the leadership, that if a program of fluoridating of the water could be carried out in the nation, it would go a long way toward the advancement of the revolution.

The NJ health dept released a study last november showing areas with fluoridated water supplies in NJ had four times more osteoscaroma, a form of bone cancer, than areas non-fluoridated."
"The American academy of pediatrics recommended presciption fluoride supplements for children … fluoride drops for new borns and tablets for older children."
"My office contacted american academy of pediatric dentistry for studies of safety and effectiveness of these suplements, they were not in possession, and advised these could be obtained from national institute of dental research in washington, they did not have them and advised these studies are in domain of u.s. Food and drug administration."
However FDA has had no drug application, no studies showing safety or effectiveness of fluoride drops or tablets, according to Frank Fazzari, Chief of FDA drug compliance branch, these are unapproved new drugs.!!!
These poisonous drugs have been prescribed for over 30 years to millions of children.
The union representing EPA scientists has been very critical of fluoride, charging that many studies linking fluoride to a wide range of health problems including cancer, hip and other bone fractures, are suppressed.

Note the following entry in an EPA/NIOSH (National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) Hazardous Waste book, on page 3066 under SODIUM FLUORIDE:
"An experimental tumorigen [deliberately used to cause cancer in laboratory experiments] and teratogen [deliberately used to cause monstrous abnormalities in lab experiments]. Human system overdose effects: Burning, prickling, tingling, itching of the skin, drooping of the eyelid, tremors, extra fluid intake, muscle weakness, headache, EKG [brainwave] changes, cyanosis [bluish skin color from inadequate oxygen], respiratory depression, hypermotility [extremely physically active], diarrhea, nausea or vomiting, salivary gland changes, changes in teeth and supporting structures, musculo-skeletal changes, increased immune system response, and human mutatogenic data [mutates human cells, in other words]. A corrosive irritant to eyes and mucous membranes. Experimental reproductive effects. It is very phytotoxic [toxic to plant life]. Used in chemical cleaning, for fluoridation of drinking water, as a fungicide and insecticide. ... May be a carcinogen."

Take India, for example.
Due to the fact that millions of people in India are afflicted with fluorosis (excessive fluoride disease) such as malformed spine, neck and pelvis, weakened tooth structure and mottled or discolored teeth, there have been much more thorough scientific studies performed in India on fluoridated water, than in the West. In an extensive government-sponsored study Dr. A.K. Susheela of the India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, found that (contrary to American Dental Association literature) fluoride severely disrupts the formation of the bone matrix, thereby inhibiting the proper hardening of bones. Dr. Susheela's work was so stunning and so conclusive that in 1986 it prompted the Indian government to authorize the construction of defluoridation plants for their drinking water. The top-priority for India's defluoridation campaign is pregnant women and young breast-fed children. The studies conclusively showed that high levels of fluoride in drinking water are clearly associated with birth defects, stillbirths, and early infant mortality. (cot death)

$20,000 REWARD FOR ANY PROOF THAT FLUORIDE WORKS.

Dr. Robert Mick, DDS, was one of the original scientists who promoted fluoridation, until he did his own animal studies on sodium fluoride in the late 1940's and then abruptly changed his mind after authorities ordered him to cover up his test results. He refused, and proceeded to do some more research on those very authorities. Dr. Mick's studies prompted him to confidently present this challenge: "$20,000 to the first individual who can provide one copy of any controlled experiment with any of the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS) recommended fluorides in water, at the USPHS recommended parts-per-million, which shows that poisonous fluorides are safe and will cause no future body harm." Dr. Mick's $20,000 offer has been valid since the 1950's, but per a 1991 radio interview, Dr. Mick said that nobody had yet presented even one claim to him in hopes of collecting the reward. His address is 916 Stone Road, Laurel Springs, New Jersey. He put his money where his mouth is, with no takers.

Come on all you skeptics make some money out of this, just drop the guy a line for an easy $20,000. Think of yourself for once and that new car .. or boat for Christmas …. Move it before the guy dies will ya.

Vested interests
Vested interests who sell fluoride and pharmaceuticals, or who repair the damage, would have you believe that God screwed up so badly in engineering man's teeth that ALL of mankind is now born with a permanent deficiency of fluoride, and thus mass medication--with a nerve agent--is the most cost effective way to correct God's stupid error. However, the facts state differently. Regarding dental cavities, refined sugar and soft drink are two of the top contenders, whereas a sweeping lifetime-deficiency of rat poison and nerve agents in our bodies is one of the biggest, most blatant lies in all history.

Test 1 …

In one such experiment it took only 14 days for Pepsi Cola to dissolve the entire outer layer of enamel from a human tooth.
For the benefit of enlightening the U.S. Public Health Service, the ADA, the AMA, and the sugar and soft drink industries, try this complicated scientific experiment:
Obtain a couple of extracted teeth, give just one of them a standard stannous fluoride treatment which supposedly proofs it against cavities, soak both of them in Coca-Cola or Pepsi--with a few teaspoons of sugar added--for a couple of weeks, daily changing the liquid and scrubbing the one tooth with fluoridated toothpaste, and then examine the two teeth. That should conclusively prove who is more stupid, God or your broad general public.

Test 2 ….. Simple research challenge:
Find some unopened soft drink that's several years old, and have a laboratory analyze the ingredients to check the aluminum and fluoride concentration.

3-YEAR-OLD NEW YORK CHILD POISONED TO DEATH IN DENTAL CHAIR !!!!! say what…..?????

June 28, 1974: Little William Kennerly, age 3, of New York died just four hours after receiving a brush-on stannous fluoride treatment during his first and only trip to the dentist. William didn't know that he wasn't supposed to swallow the fluoride, and he paid with his life.

Extracts from the autopsy report.performed by a Dr. Torno on 25 May 1974 at Kings County Mortuary:

"William Kennerly Case #K74-3511 AUTOPSY REPORT

Age: 3 years - Height: 39" - Weight: 32 lb

Clinical history - the child swallowed about 45cc of 2% stannous fluoride solution in the pediatric dental clinic, Bristol Street Clinic, at 9:30 a.m. He was given epinephrine I.M. in dental clinic and sent to Brookdale Medical Center for close observation. The child came to Brookdale Medical Center at 12:30 noon, was well until 1:00 when suddenly went into Cardiac respiratory arrest and was in shock. The child vomited and had an unrecordable blood pressure. He finally expired on May 24, 1974, at 2:00 p.m."
A toxicologist's report stated that little William had swallowed the equivalent of three lethal doses. His parents later collected several hundred thousand dollars in a wrongful-death lawsuit, but that was small consolation for the senseless loss of their son.

Test 3 ….. Here is a test for you to try.
Toothpaste is similar in this regard, because a typical family-sized 7-ounce tube of toothpaste contains enough stannous fluoride or sodium fluoride to kill a 20-pound child. To test this, just call the 0800 number listed on your toothpaste box, tell them that your 2-year-old child has just eaten half a tube of toothpaste and that he's now vomiting, act frantic, and watch how quickly your call gets patched directly through to a Poison Control Center. (It's common for a child to vomit for 12 hours, after eating a large quantity of toothpaste.)

Note the following fluoride symptoms as referenced in "Encyclopedia of Pure Materia Medica," Vol IX, p.333. These symptoms--by volunteers who took varying quantities of fluorides--were listed one hundred years ago, in 1887!

--Great loss of memory, forgets almost everything.
--Good memory in morning, forgetfulness every evening.
--Forgetfulness in his daily employment of dates.
--On making notes, mistakes right for left.
--Mental weakness.
--Mental excitability.

--Felt certain that something dreadful would happen, with dullness in head.
--Anxiety and Fear of apoplexy (stroke).

--Moodiness in evening, greater than morning.
--Congestion of blood mostly to forehead.
--Sensation of numbness in forehead.
--Feeling in brain as if on the verge of being struck with apoplexy. (A stroke)
--Vertigo with sickness of stomach.
--A kind of sinking weakness, has to sit down.
--Sensation of weakness, like numbness in head, same in hands.
--Heaviness above eyes, with nausea.
--Severe pressing of both temples.
--Compressing pain in temples.
--Headache in skull, behind ears.
--Headache accompanied by congestion of blood to head, sensation of numbness.
--Headache every morning.
--Sensation of weakness, like numbness in head and hands.
--Dull, heavy headache and congestive headache.
--Dullness & pressure in back of head.
--Pressure on both sides, back of head.
--Headache in back of head, with fullness in head.
--Headache from neck to forehead; dull feeling in head.
--Atrophy of brain.

Is it a coincidence that the above-listed fluoride symptoms sound almost exactly like the TYPICAL EVERYDAY ANECDOTAL PATIENT ILLNESS COMPLAINTS which today's expensive TV commercials, pharmacies, physicians and psychiatrists are so eager to "cure" with their endless supply of profitable new drugs, many of which contain fluoride! Take the asthma medication for example have a look next time you get the packet or ask your doctor. This is like a snake swallowing his own tail.
The bottom line is to follow the money. Look at the high standard of living of those who are promoting and distributing the current crop of pharmaceuticals, versus the lower living standards and drug-education level and gullibility of the ignorant general public who are becoming convinced that pharmaceuticals in general are a NUTRIENT. Public sickness and ignorance is good business, in some circles.

A final word from the doctors that know.

1. One of the world's most prestigious journal's "Nature"(Vol. 322, July 10, 1986) answers the fluoridation questions more than satisfactorily. An examination of fluoridation trials and studies in the United States and throughout the world show that, "Large temporal reductions in dental decay...cannot be attributed to fluoridation. It is now time for a scientific reexamination of the alleged enormous benefits of fluoridation."

2. Dr. R.N. Mukherjee and Dr. F.H. Sobels from the University of Leiden in Holland found that fluoride increased the frequency of genetic damage in sperm cells which were produced by laboratory animals exposed to x-rays. It is evident, from their studies, that fluoride inhibited the repair of DNA damaged by x-rays. Their conclusion: "Sodium fluoride resulted in a consistent and highly significant increase of the mutation (i.e. genetic damage) frequency. This effect is thought to result from interference with a repair process."

3. Dr. S.I. Voroshilin and co-workers from the Russian Research Institute of Industrial Health & Occupational Diseases concluded, "It would seem to us that fluoride could cause some kind of disturbance in the enzymes that are related to the mechanism of DNA repair and synthesis."

4. Dr. A. Iarez from the Department of Toxicology from the central University of Venezuela in Caracas reported that, "Fluoride added to the drinking water of female rats produced birth defects in their offspring." Those involved in birthing our children know of the huge increase in birth defects and deformities in large cities where fluoridation is used.

5. Dr. Robert Carton, quoted in the Spring 1987 issue of the Center for Health Action's publication "Update" states, "The fluoride standard was based on political pressures without any regard to the facts." We are all aware of the political pressures and controls related to the desires of vested interest.

6. In this day of numerous highly contagious and death dealing immune deficiency disorders, the use of fluoridation in the water supply in any amount would be highly irresponsible and suicidal. Please note: Dr. Sheila Gibson from the University of Glasgow, showed that fluoride, at levels comparable to those found in the blood of people living in fluoridated areas, decreased migration rate of human white blood cells. This directly affects adversely the immune system. Dr. Gibson found that only a six hour exposure of white blood cells to as little as 0.1 parts per million fluoride inhibits the white blood cell migration rate by 21 percent. One part per million inhibits the white blood cell migration rate by 85 percent and 2 parts per million has a conclusive zero percent migration rate! This indicates that a continued use of fluoridation in the drinking water could result in the total destruction of the immune response.

7. Dr. J. Gabrovsek, a research dentist at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine stated in a published paper: "Because of the inhibitory effects of NaF (sodium fluoride) in phagocytosis and leukotaxis (the migration of white blood cells) which are basic defense mechanisms, I have doubts about the absolute safety of water fluoridation on a long term basis."

8. Dr. John Yiamouyiannis, author of Fluoride the Aging Factor and worldwide authority on fluoridation and its statistical relationship to cancer, has shown conclusively that _fluoride damages body repair and rejuvenation capabilities and does in fact bring about the visible symptoms of aging such as wrinkled skin and arthritis. He states: "Since the first publication of this book in 1983, a number of important articles have been published by researchers around the world and their findings are included in this second edition. While I am gratified in knowing that my conclusions in 1983 have been confirmed and extended rather than disproved by the results of this new research, I feel a greater sorrow in having to watch the unnecessary suffering brought about by fluoride."

9. As a physician, international health educator and seminar speaker, I have found that an individual who drinks fluoridated water reduces the ability of the body to rejuvenate and regain youthful health. I have found through the use of live blood cell analysis that those who drink fluoridated water regularly have a relatively inactive migration rate of white blood cells thus rendering their immune system ineffective.

10. It is only reasonable to the candid and reflective mind that one cannot enhance the immune response and destroy it at the same time. My life work involves enhancing the body's immune response and the rejuvenating capacities of the body. In the interests of our children, our friends and ourselves, we need to educate each other and expose those who would enforce the addition of a known toxic substance (sodium fluoride) to our hopefully pure water system. Every effort should be made to stop the systematic destruction of our immune response by demanding without compromise the assurance of a continual pure water supply free from the addition of toxic and cancer causing chemicals. (Before you judge this statement, get the facts, read Fluoride the Aging Factor by Dr. John Yiamouyiannis and then rest secure that you are walking on solid ground regarding the fluoridation battle.)

[392. Pollution of water supply---Every person commits an offence
against this Act who---(remember "person" is a corporation like a local council)
(a) Directly or indirectly pollutes or causes to be polluted the water
supply of any district, or any part of that supply, in such a manner as to make the water a danger to human health or offensive; or
(b) Allows any livestock of which he is the owner or of which he has
control to trespass on to any waterworks; or
(c) Directly or indirectly pollutes or causes to be polluted the
watershed (being a part of or used for supplying water to any
waterworks) in such a manner as to cause or be likely to cause
the water to become a danger to human health or offensive.
