Anti-christ cannot be and will not be a Jew and is not one man.
Ultimately, Bible doctrine should be based on the Hebrew and Greek texts since they are the closest to the original autographs. To base a doctrine on a translation, especially when that translation is known to contain error, is folly. This is exactly the case with the King James rendering of Daniel 11:37. Any student of Hebrew would see from the original text that the correct translation should be: "the gods of his fathers," and not "the God of his fathers." In the whole context, Daniel 11:36-39, the term god is used a total of eight times. In the Hebrew text, six of these times it is in the singular and twice in the plural, one of which is the phrase in verse 37. The very fact that the plural form of the word "god" is used in a context where the singular is found in the majority of cases makes this a reference to heathen deities and not a reference to the God of Israel. There is much external evidence to show that this is the case.
The first order of business is to identify the "he"
in verse 27 who makes the seven year covenant. Does it refer to
the Messiah, or the prince that shall come, or to a whole new
personality? The rules of Hebrew grammar must be used to determine
this. The fact that in the Hebrew text the third masculine singular
is used means that one must look for an antecedent. The nearest
antecedent is the prince that shall come in verse 26. So the "he"
of verse 27 is the same as "the prince that shall come"
of verse 26.
The next order of business is to establish the identity of this
prince. It is generally recognised that this prince is Antichrist
himself. Daniel had already spoken of him in chapter seven of
his book as "the little horn." So then, "the prince
that shall come" is also the "he" who makes the
covenant with many, and both have reference to Antichrist. Verse
26 also states that "the prince that shall come" is
of the same nationality as the people who will destroy the city
and the sanctuary.
The third step is to establish the nationality of this people,
and history has shown that this was accomplished by the Romans
in 70 A.D. The obvious conclusion, then, is that Antichrist is
a Gentile and should be of Roman origin.
To summarise the argument of the Gentile Roman origin of Antichrist,
it could be stated as follows:
1. The "he" who makes a covenant and the "prince
that shall come" are one and the same person.
2. They both have reference to Antichrist.
3. Antichrist is of the same nationality as the people who destroyed
Jerusalem and the Temple.
4. The Romans destroyed Jerusalem and the Temple in 70 A.D. 5.
The UN required ICC is clearly Roman and in fact is even based
of a constitution called The Rome Statute. Antichrist, then, will
be of Roman or United Nations origin.
The conclusion is that Antichrist Cannot and Will not be
a Jew. Most people who believe the contrary merely assume it without
giving any reason. Those who present a logical reason "how
will the Jews accept him if he is not a Jew".
Simple THEY NEVER DO ! Show me the Scripture that would evidence
that they ever do.
Now here's where it turns more tricky, Antichrist is not a man but a group of men.
Anti-christ
The world has been led astray by a serious delusion concerning
the "leaders" at the end of this world.
They say a man called the "Antichrist" is going to lead
the world's people and governments against God and His kingdom.
Now the problem I see, through the Word of God is this, the word
"Antichrist" is never defined to any particular person.
"An Antichrist" is used in II Jn. 7, but it is not referring
to a single particular person but a type of person. If I Jn. 2:18
had wanted to refer to a single man, the words "an antichrist"
could have been used and then we could almost say John was referring
to the beast here. It would then have said, "and as ye have
heard that "an Antichrist" shall come," but John
did not intend this verse to mean this. This is where "Bible
scholars" derive the words "the Antichrist." If
you read the verse after this one, it will become clearer that
John was referring to a group of people. And Verse 22 uses the
word "antichrist" to mean a type of person.
This verse makes a good case for the idea that the thought here
is not of a single man, but a type or group of false Christians,
so-called Christians. To further prove all of this, John is the
only writer in the Bible to use the word "antichrist".
He did this in I Jn. 2:18, 22, 4:3, and II Jn. 7, and again the
words "the Antichrist" are not found. The word "the"
may be in parentheses in some interpretations, but it is not in
the original Greek.
The word "antichrist" without the "the" would
make the word mean a group of people where the Scriptures use
this word; or, "as ye have heard that antichrist shall come,"
and this makes for a totally different meaning.
How many people refer to the end-times political world leader
as "the Antichrist" because of this little bit of darkness
being added to God's pure Word? The Bible gives him names and
these we can use, but not anything else.
Daniel 7:8-25 describes him as "the little horn" who
will make "war with the saints at the end times."
Dan. 8:23 says he will be "a king of fierce countenance"
or "the prince" of the end times (9:26), or the "beast
(that) all the world shall wonder after . . . and worship"
(Rev. 13). We can "safely" call this leader by any of
these titles or any other one that God chooses to call him, but
we should not go out on a very thin limb and call him "the
Antichrist".
Now, "As ye have heard" used in Verse 18 could refer
to the Old Testament, as scholars say about Daniel, or to the
prophecies of Jesus in Mt. 24:5, 23, 24 or Mk. 13:21, 22, which
refers to Christian deceivers, and I believe the latter. It does
not "definitely" have to refer to Dan. 7:3, 8, 19-25
which refers to Rev. 13:1-8, speaking of the political beast of
Dan. 8:9-11, 23-25: 11:28, 30, 36-39, which refers directly to
Rev. 13's political beast. Therefore, this "past referring"
still does not link John's antichrist to a single man.
An example of how to classify the beast or name him is found where
Paul in II Thes. 2:6 says, Let no man deceive you by any means:
for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away
first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or
that is worshiped, so that he as God, sits in the temple of God,
shewing himself that he is God . . . Even him, whose coming is
after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying
wonders.
Two Leaders?
Now there are two leaders (or two beasts, see Rev. 13) of Satan
in the end times, a political one or religious. Now as we said,
the Bible does not claim one is the Antichrist, only, "As
ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many
antichrists (religious ones) . . . " and "that antichrist
shall come" very possibly means that "a group of antichrist"
in general shall come. So a group of false Christians are said
to exist in the end-times, "They went out from us (they said
they were Christian), but they were not of us (Spirit filled):
(I Jn. 2:18-19). How true this is of today's age. This group will
have a leader, a religious one or the second leader or the beast
(Rev. 13:11).
The One World Government has been attempted several times before. Men have attempted to bring all nations together into "one people" but every plan has failed, because God planned it differently. He does not intend for people to "build them a name" so that they can rule the world. Read what happened at the Tower of Babel. (Genesis Chapter 11) This is where God confused the languages and divided the population of the world into races. There was clear reason why He stopped them and there has been no change since, therefore there is no way that the "The Tower of Babel/One World Government" - - with it's "Feet of Iron and Clay" can be allowed to continue. Read about the "Feet of Iron and Clay". (Daniel Chapter 2)
The Lord allowed Nebuchadnezzar to see in his dream a large
image. "The head of the image was of fine gold, his breast
and his arms of silver, his belly and thighs of brass, and his
legs of iron, his feet part iron and part clay" Daniel 2:32-33.
God also gave his servant the interpretation of the dream, which
revealed God's plan.
1. The Head of Gold: The head of gold was the first world
empire. The first world
empire was Babylon. King Nebuchadnezzar himself was the ruler.
Daniel 2:37-38.
2. The breast and arms of silver: "And after thee shall
arise another kingdom inferior to thee. . ." Dan. 2:39. The
second world empire was Media-Persia. This was the breast and
arms of silver.
Darius, the Mede, was the ruler at this time. The Babylon kingdom
fell when Belshazzar was slain. "And Darius the Mede took
the kingdom, being about three-score and two years old,"
Dan. 5:31.
3. Belly and thighs of brass: The third world empire was Greece. Alexander the Great was the ruler over this kingdom. ". . . and another third kingdom of brass, which shall bear rule over the earth," Dan. 2:39.
4. The legs of iron: The fourth world empire was the Roman
Empire. This was the legs of iron. "And the fourth kingdom
shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces
and subdued all things: And as iron that breaketh all these, shall
it break in pieces and bruise," Dan. 2:40.
Augustus Caesar was ruler when Jesus was born. He is the man who
tried to put to death Jesus the Son of God. In trying he killed
all the male babies under two years of age. We will not go into
details of how the Roman Empire fell in 70 A.D. It is enough to
say that each time people tried to build above God, and reverse
what God planned for the ages, they were put down!
5. Feet of iron and clay mixed: ". . . his feet were
part of iron and part of clay," Dan. 2:33).
"And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters'
clay, and part of iron, the
kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength
of iron, forasmuch as
thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay," Dan. 2:41.
The ten toes represent ten kingdoms which will be under the last
world ruler. They
are the same as the ten horns on the beast that John saw in Revelations
13.
The end of Nebuchadnezzar image was the feet of iron and
clay and it says that these feet are made of incompatible materials
that will not mix.
The United Nations Organization is finding it quite difficult
to bring all the nations together into one. They are busy trying
to mix the races together, so there will be no races. They have
a great problem there. They are even trying to do it at the point
of guns and bayonets.
These feet of iron and clay are to be smashed and Nebuchadnezzar's
Image will fall leaving only the Stone that smashed the feet of
iron and clay.
All very interesting but what has this to do with our world
today you ask.
One thing we see is that the legs made of iron was the Roman Empire,
and that the Feet were made of iron and clay. An interesting observation
is that we have a legal system called "Roman Civil Law"
Do you ever feel like the government and the law tends to "break
in pieces and bruise,"? If the iron is the "Roman Empire
influence" in our world today who or what is the "clay"?
... Well we again only need to look at the "Basic Instruction
Before Leaving Earth" manual:
Job 10 v 9; Remember that thou hast made me of clay; and wilt thou turn me to dust again?
Job 33 v 6 Behold, I am according to thy wish in Gods stead: I also am formed out of the clay.
Isaiah 45 v 9 Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?
Isaiah 64 v 8 But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.
Therein lies the key to unlock all the questions and the answers ... The "clay" rejects the "iron" and will not mix or accept the iron. This, I believe, must begin at the level you are at now. An all our resistance is required from every position ... this is something even you can have a part in.
1 AND in the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar,
Nebuchadnezzar dreamed dreams, wherewith his spirit was troubled,
and his sleep brake from him.
2 Then the king commanded to call the magicians, and the astrologers,
and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, for to shew the king his
dreams. So they came and stood before the king.
3 And the king said unto them, I have dreamed a dream, and my
spirit was troubled to know the dream.
4 Then spake the Chaldeans to the king in Syriack, O king, live
for ever: tell thy servants the dream, and we will shew the interpretation.
5 The king answered and said to the Chaldeans, The thing is gone
from me: if ye will not make known unto me the dream, with the
interpretation thereof, ye shall be cut in pieces, and your houses
shall be made a dunghill.
6 But if ye shew the dream, and the interpretation thereof, ye
shall receive of me gifts and rewards and great honour: therefore
shew me the dream, and the interpretation thereof.
7 They answered again and said, Let the king tell his servants
the dream, and we will shew the interpretation of it.
8 The king answered and said, I know of certainty that ye would
gain the time, because ye see the thing is gone from me.
9 But if ye will not make known unto me the dream, there is but
one decree for you: for ye have prepared lying and corrupt words
to speak before me, till the time be changed: therefore tell me
the dream, and I shall know that ye can shew me the interpretation
thereof.
10 The Chaldeans answered before the king, and said, There is
not a man upon the earth that can shew the kings matter: therefore
there is no king, lord, nor ruler, that asked such things at any
magician, or astrologer, or Chaldean.
11 And it is a rare thing that the king requireth, and there is
none other that can shew it before the king, except the gods,
whose dwelling is not with flesh.
12 For this cause the king was angry and very furious, and commanded
to destroy all the wise men of Babylon.
13 And the decree went forth that the wise men should be slain;
and they sought Daniel and his fellows to be slain.
14 Then Daniel answered with counsel and wisdom to Arioch the
captain of the kings guard, which was gone forth to slay the wise
men of Babylon:
15 He answered and said to Arioch the kings captain, Why is the
decree so hasty from the king? Then Arioch made the thing known
to Daniel.
16 Then Daniel went in, and desired of the king that he would
give him time, and that he would shew the king the interpretation.
17 Then Daniel went to his house, and made the thing known to
Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, his companions:
18 That they would desire mercies of the God of heaven concerning
this secret; that Daniel and his fellows should not perish with
the rest of the wise men of Babylon.
19 Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a night vision.
Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven.
20 Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever
and ever: for wisdom and might are his:
21 And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings,
and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge
to them that know understanding:
22 He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is
in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him.
23 I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers, who
hast given me wisdom and might, and hast made known unto me now
what we desired of thee: for thou hast now made known unto us
the kings matter.
24 Therefore Daniel went in unto Arioch, whom the king had ordained
to destroy the wise men of Babylon: he went and said thus unto
him; Destroy not the wise men of Babylon: bring me in before the
king, and I will shew unto the king the interpretation.
25 Then Arioch brought in Daniel before the king in haste, and
said thus unto him, I have found a man of the captives of Judah,
that will make known unto the king the interpretation.
26 The king answered and said to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar,
Art thou able to make known unto me the dream which I have seen,
and the interpretation thereof?
27 Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, The
secret which the king hath demanded cannot the wise men, the astrologers,
the magicians, the soothsayers, shew unto the king;
28 But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh
known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days.
Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these;
29 As for thee, O king, thy thoughts came into thy mind upon thy
bed, what should come to pass hereafter: and he that revealeth
secrets maketh known to thee what shall come to pass.
30 But as for me, this secret is not revealed to me for any wisdom
that I have more than any living, but for their sakes that shall
make known the interpretation to the king, and that thou mightest
know the thoughts of thy heart.
31 Thou, O king, sawest, and behold
a great image. This great image, whose brightness was excellent,
stood before thee; and the form thereof was terrible.
32 This images head was of fine gold, his breast and his arms
of silver, his belly and his thighs of brass,
33 His legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay.
34 Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which
smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and
brake them to pieces.
35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the
gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of
the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that
no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image
became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.
36 This is the dream; and we will tell the interpretation thereof
before the king.
37 Thou, O king, art a king of kings: for the God of heaven hath
given thee a kingdom, power, and strength, and glory.
38 And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the
field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand,
and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this head of
gold.
39 And after thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee,
and another third kingdom of brass, which shall bear rule over
all the earth.
40 And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as
iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that
breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.
41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters
clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there
shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou
sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.
42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of
clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.
43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall
mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave
one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.
44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set
up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom
shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces
and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.
45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the
mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron,
the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath
made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and
the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.
46 Then the king Nebuchadnezzar fell upon his face, and worshipped
Daniel, and commanded that they should offer an oblation and sweet
odours unto him.
47 The king answered unto Daniel, and said, Of a truth it is,
that your God is a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer
of secrets, seeing thou couldest reveal this secret.
48 Then the king made Daniel a great man, and gave him many great
gifts, and made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon,
and chief of the governors over all the wise men of Babylon.
49 Then Daniel requested of the king, and he set Shadrach, Meshach,
and Abed-nego, over the affairs of the province of Babylon: but
Daniel sat in the gate of the king.
1 AND the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.
2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they
found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.
3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and
burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had
they for morter.
4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose
top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we
be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
5 And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which
the children of men builded.
6 And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have
all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will
be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.
7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that
they may not understand one anothers speech.
8 So the Lord scattered them abroad from thence upon the face
of all the earth: and they left off to build the city.
9 Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the Lord did
there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence
did the Lord scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth.
Many
have preconceived ideas about what the 7 year treaty has to be.
Having and holding "Preconceived ideas" that are not
directly found in the Word of God is like putting God in your
box.
For example take the religious people/leaders at the time of Christ,
they had preconceived ideas about what Christ was to be. They
considered that Christ was to be born a King and that he would
save them from the Roman Government ... and they missed the plot
completely because Christ came to die on the cross.
Another preconceived idea is the lie of "salvation by way
of rapture". Apart from being firmly rooted in nothing but
selfishness and totally unsustainable by Scripture isn't it the
exact same preconceived idea that the people had in the times
of Christ? "That he would come and save them from the Romans?"
Other lies and preconceived ideas listed below: I defy you to Provide me the Scripture!
1. "The Seven Year Treaty must be signed
in Israel." .................................... Provide
me the Scripture!
2. "The Seven Year Treaty must be between Israel and the
Arabs." ............ Provide me the Scripture!
3. "The Seven Year Treaty will be open to see and obvious
to all." ............... Provide me the Scripture!
4. "Anti-christ must be a Jew." ...........................................................................
Provide me the Scripture!
5. "The Mark of the Beast is a 'computer chip' in the hand
or head." ......... Provide me the Scripture!
6. "The Mark of the Beast will be open to see and obvious
to all." ................ Provide me the Scripture!
7. "The 'Image' of the Beast is an altar made by mans hands."
.. Provide me the Scripture!
8. Have I mentioned the misguided belief in salvation by rapture?
................ Provide me the Scripture!
There are many others but do you get the point? Either Provide me the Scripture! Or get rid of the box because Gods not impressed with your feeble attempt to enclose Him in it!
The Earth Charter's has been referred to as the Magna Carta of a new regime. I would discribe The Earth Charter as the biggest piece of "Evil New Age Crap" I've ever had the misfortune to read. Oh it sounds good on face value, but when you get to know what each word means to YOU personally, your first impressions will be changed into UTTER HORROR. Unlike Magna Charta, which was a regime of freedom from King John, it's a charter for submission to global bureaucrats possessing unprecedented powers as many have already found out.
The Earth Charter demands that we adopt "sustainable
development plans and regulations" and that the UN "manage
the use of renewable resources such as water, soil, forest products,
and marine life to protect the health of ecosystems". There
is no mention of the health of humans and that they are food producing
resources.
The charter affirms that "all beings are interdependent",
personal freedom seem irrelevant, and that all nations "act
with restraint and efficiency when using energy". It requires
that we "eradicate poverty," "promote the equitable
distribution of wealth within nations and among nations".
The charter demands that all nations "demilitarise national security systems" or in other words eliminate our armed services and their weapons, the disarmament of all conventional and nuclear weapons, the prohibition of "unilateral deployment of nationwide missile defence by any country," and a "standing UN Peace Force". It calls for a "UN arms register" of all small arms and light weapons.
The declaration demands UN "political control of the
global economy so that it may serve our vision," and "integration"
of the World Trade Organisation under UN control.
It calls for "eliminating" permanent membership in the
Security Council and the permanent members' veto, and for implementing
UN treaties that the United States has never ratified, including
the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Covenant on
Economic, Social and Cultural Rights which denies the right to
private property. The unratified International Criminal Court
would exercise "compulsory jurisdiction" over all states,
enforced by the UN Security Council.
